A district court in India has just banned Skoda from selling their new rapid based Monte Carlo in India due to conjunction with copyright infringement. As funny as it sound may be, the case is issued by a clothing brand named Monte Carlo from Punjab which has nothing to do with Automobile industry. As of now, skoda just can't sell the monte carlo in india due to the court order. They did not foresee any trouble with the Monte Carlo name.
